Early access

TidyBids is provided free of charge during early access. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. We’ll give notice before introducing any paid plan, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.

Your account

Keep your password private and use an email address you control. You’re responsible for activity under your account. Password reset by email is not available yet — contact us if you lose access.

Your quotes

• You are responsible for the prices, scope and terms in your quotes and for any agreement you make with your customers.
• A customer accepting a quote through TidyBids records their agreement to the quoted price and scope. It is not a booking or appointment confirmation; arrange dates directly with your customer.
• TidyBids does not send quotes for you and does not process payments.
• Notes-review suggestions are automated and may be wrong. Use your own judgement.

Acceptable use

Don’t use TidyBids to send spam, collect data you aren’t entitled to, or disrupt the service. We may limit or suspend accounts that do.

Liability

TidyBids is provided “as is” during early access. To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect losses or for disputes between you and your customers.
